PSI Connecticut D-1 Limited Warm Air, Air Conditioning & Refrigeration System Contractor license allows individuals to install, repair, replace, maintain, or alter warm air, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems, including necessary piping and pumping equipment, but not oil burners.
