A Licensed Contractor in Florida, Rob has extensive experience in contractor exam preparation, continuing education, and certification courses. Since 2003, he has instructed over 40,000 students through both online and in-person courses, significantly impacting the industry. Having served as an instructor at Gold Coast Schools and a partner at Contractors Exam School, Rob founded 1 Exam Prep before launching The Exam Pros in January 2019. Since then, the school has continued to grow, supporting students in advancing their careers.

Licensed since 1978, he holds a Florida Broker's license and Instructor permit. He has managed offices in Pittsburgh and Florida and worked as a full-time realtor for 9 years. Wayne brings real-world insights to help students apply their learning to successful real estate careers.
