We specialize in simplifying the process by breaking it down into manageable steps, explaining how to tackle the challenges the exam presents, and providing strategies to ensure success. Our mission is to guide every student through their journey and set them up for success, no matter their previous experiences.

Rob Estell

Founder / CEO

A Licensed Contractor in Florida, Rob has extensive experience in contractor exam preparation, continuing education, and certification courses. Since 2003, he has instructed more than 100,000 students through both online and in-person courses, significantly impacting the industry.

Having served as an instructor at Gold Coast Schools and a partner at Contractors Exam School, Rob founded 1 Exam Prep in 2011 and sold in 2017. In January 2019, Rob founded The Exam Pros and now is the Nation’s leader in construction pre licensing education.

After High School, Rob joined the Army as a Military Police officer and served in Operation Desert Storm in 1991.

Rob was an avid runner and triathlete completing in more than 400 events including 12 ½ marathons, 3 Marathons and several Ragnar relays. He also competed in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu where he was a State Champion in 2016 and a Silver & Bronze medalist at the IBJJF World Championships in 2017 & 2018 respectively. Several knee injuries forced retirement from competitive sports in December 2018.

Rob divides his time after work with his family and is an active Freemason

Jonathan Greene

Director of Marketing

Jonathan Greene is an exceptional marketer who has built and scaled dozens of 8 and 9-figure businesses. He is a world class paid traffic expert.

Jonathan holds an MBA from the University of North Florida, an MS in Statistics from Troy, and a Graduate certification in Six Sigma from Purdue University.

After high school, Jonathan joined the United States Air Force where he served five tours between Iraq and Afghanistan. He retired in 2009 and has lived with his wife and two girls in Jacksonville, FL since.

Jonathan was an avid competitor in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu achieving the rank of Purple Belt and competing at the regional and national levels. In his spare time, Jonathan is an active Freemason.

Jonathan has written several books on marketing and leadership including 'Copy Savant: Never Struggle to Write Amazing Conversion Copy Again,' 'The Fail Formula: Embracing Failure to Enhance Your Destiny,' and 'Facebook is a Pub Crawl.'

Enrico Lamberti

Sales Manager

A seasoned sales professional with decades of experience across multiple industries. Enrico has built a successful career in sales and sales leadership within both the public and private sectors.

Enrico is results-driven and guided by a “win-win” philosophy, consistently focused on creating value, fostering trust, and delivering meaningful outcomes. At the core of his work is a genuine passion for people and relationships. He believes strong connections are the foundation of great business, and has been fortunate to build lasting relationships with exceptional individuals throughout his career.

Enrico's guiding principle, “Always seek to understand,” shapes how he listens, leads, and collaborates. Originally from the Northeast, he came to Florida for college and graduated from Florida International University in Miami.

Enrico proudly calls South Florida home. Beyond work, his interests include travel, ancient cultures, boating, golf, pickleball, cooking, and exploring diverse cuisines. Faith and family remain central to his life and values, grounding both his personal and professional journey.
