Scope
Window and Door Contractor--Class "WD": The scope of work of a Class "WD" specialty building contractor shall be limited to the installation, replacement, adjustment, repair, and servicing work, when not prohibited by law, in accordance with accepted engineering data and/or according to manufacturers' specifications of exterior windows and doors, hurricane protection devices, shutters, and hardware in connection therewith which do not effect structural changes (exception: replacement of window bucks in retrofit). In order to be eligible to the certified as a Class "WD" specialty building contractor, the applicant shall have at least two (2) years of practical experience in the category.
