This CPO, 2 Day Class covers 14-16 hours of information from the PHTA®Pool & Spa Operator™ Handbook and local codes taught by our certified PHTA® Instructor. Our classroom setting offers direct interaction with your instructor and fellow students.

Rob Estell was born in Vineland, New Jersey, was raised in nearby Millville, NJ before joining the Army, is a Veteran of Desert Storm (ARMY). "No soldier left behind" was the motto while in combat which is where the company motto originated, "No Student left behind". He was an instructor at GoldCoast Schools, a partner at Contractors Exam School, and the Founder of 1 Exam Prep. His passion for teaching helping people has continued into founding 1 Exam Prep. Rob has a son Luke, and daughter Faith who followed his passion into Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Rob trains with American Top Team and is a Florida State Champion in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (2016) and a 2017 Silver and 2018 Bronze Medalist Brazilian Jiu Jitsu No-Gi World Championships. Rob also enjoys running, triathlons, scuba diving, coaching flag football and is an active member of Florida Freemasonry where he holds a Gold proficiency card.
