There was a glitch with the original order where the book binding immediately started delaminating. within 10 days, I had pages falling out. I called and after a review, they made it right and sent out a new book as well as tabs. Jeff was very helpful and reinforced confidence I have in Exam Pros and keep using them moving forward.

Even though from day one I made sure I told everyone I spoke with what my address was, my application was shipped to my previous employer instead of my home address. That was just 1 among multiple issues I had not just with the shipping. I'm definitely not pleased with the overall service I received during this process. The only person that was extremely responsive and understood the urgency in this process was Bruce with the insurance department, hats off to him, unfortunately I will not refer you guys to amyone except to have their insurance done by Bruce. He is truly amazing and even tried to help with your other departments when I couldn't get a response from anyone.

Books arrived in a timely manner however, the tabs i ordered were not in the shipment. One call to customer service and the issue was taken care of swiftly.
Honestly I’m amazed of the customer service and actually the whole experience with them bought a book they send me the book and to my surprise it was the wrong book, I let them know and boom problem solved they send me the right one and everything to send the wrong one back honestly it’s only a few companies that take care of their business as well as their customers, definitely recommend this company
