Select this product when buying any book package and the following terms apply:
By selecting this option, the Rentor, the purchaser, agrees to return the books without any writing inside the books, broken binders or torn or unrecognizable covers. The books MAY have highlighting & tabbing inside as well as underlining or words or sentences in pen. The rental does not include the price for additional courses, tutoring, or application assistance.
The Rentee, The Exam Pros, agrees to return money paid for the books only as per the following conditions:
If the books are returned within 180 calendar days from purchase. In an acceptable condition without any torn covers, broken binders, or writing inside the books, the full amount, 100%, of the book's purchase price will be returned via check or refund of the credit card, if allowed by the merchant based upon time restraints.
If the books are returned between 181 and 270 calendar days from purchase. In an acceptable condition without any torn covers, broken binders or writing inside the books, the amount equal to 75% of the book's purchase price will be returned via check or refund of the credit card, if allowed by merchant based upon time restraints.
If the books are returned between 271 and 365 calendar days from purchase. In an acceptable condition without any torn covers, broken binders or writing inside the books, 50% of the full amount of the books purchase price will be returned via check or refund of the credit card, if allowed by merchant based upon time restraints.
If the books are returned more than 365 calendar days from the purchase date, there will be no money returned!!! (we will buy the books back from you based upon current market value. You could still get up to 50% depending on their condition.
***When packing all the books in the box for shipping please use fillers to fill void spaces and prevent movement inside the box during shipping. Make sure all binders are shipped in an upright position without the “guts” inside. Make sure to place the “guts” from binders back in the original small white boxes they arrived in for safe transport. Please make sure to return ALL “binder tabs/dividers” that came with each binder. Do not lay binders flat in the shipping box with other books on top of them because that damages the binder, and we will not be able to guarantee a refund for the agreed upon price if items received are damaged.
Make sure to put your name and/or order number so we can associate the box with you for the refund.
Receive payment store credit, a refund to your credit card if purchased with us or receive your check in the mail within 72 hours from the moment we receive your books (this allows us time to check books thoroughly).
ALL PAYMENTS WILL BE REFUNDED TO THE CREDIT CARD THAT MADE THE PURCHASE, OR RECIEVE STORE CREDIT TOWARDS YOUR APPLICATION PROCESSING. IF THIS IS NOT AN OPTION, YOU WILL RECIEVE A CHECK VIA UPS GROUND.
