Our PSI Tennessee BC-A, B - COMBINED RESIDENTIAL/SMALL COMMERCIAL CONTRACTOR course is designed by contractors, for contractors. We provide the most effective training available to help you pass any PSI Exam.

International Building Code, 2021 - Starting 3/12/2026 the 2021 code can be used. As of 6/15/2026 the 2012 code will no longer be allowed.
International Residential Code for One- and Two-Family Dwellings, 2021 - Starting 3/12/2026 the 2021 code can be used. As of 6/15/2026 the 2012 code will no longer be allowed.
Code of Federal Regulations - 29 CFR Part 1926 (OSHA), with latest available amendments
Carpentry and Building Construction, 2010 or 2016 (Student Edition)
Roofing Construction and Estimating, 1995 or 2022 - Starting 3/12/2026 the 2020 edition can be used. As of 6/15/2026 the 2015 edition will no longer be allowed.
Modern Masonry - Brick, Block, Stone, 9th edition (2020) - Starting 3/12/2026 the 2020 edition can be used. As of 6/15/2026 the 2015 edition will no longer be allowed
