Property & Casualty Producer
We are seeking multiple results-driven Licensed Property and Casualty Insurance Producers to join our growing team. With an overwhelming number of leads generated by our lead form pages and marketing efforts, we need motivated professionals to engage with prospective and existing customers, deliver exceptional service, and drive sales growth.
The ideal candidates will be licensed insurance professionals with a passion for helping clients find the right coverage, a strong work ethic, and a desire to lead and support others in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
Sales and Client Engagement
- Respond to and initiate phone calls, texts, and emails to engage prospective customers and existing clients.
- Explain policy options, provide quotes, and bind coverage efficiently and accurately.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries generated from lead forms and other sources.
- Build lasting relationships with clients by understanding their needs and recommending suitable policies.
Team Support and Leadership
- Assist other producers with quoting and binding policies.
- Communicate and collaborate with The Exam Pros sales team on leads and follow-ups to ensure seamless client interactions.
- Train new hires, including agents and customer service representatives, to build a strong and effective team.
Operational Excellence
- Maintain a safe, organized, and professional workplace.
- Provide detailed documentation of all client interactions, sales activities, and feedback in the CRM system.
- Offer insights and feedback to the marketing team and management to improve lead generation strategies and plan for future growth.
Duties, Responsibilities, and Expectations
- Proactively engage with prospective customers via multiple communication channels.
- Accurately explain, quote, and bind policies.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to maximize sales opportunities.
- Take on leadership responsibilities to train and support new hires.
- Ensure workplace organization and safety standards are upheld.
- Provide detailed feedback for strategic planning and continuous improvement.
Qualifications and Skills
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is a plus.
- Licensing: Active Property and Casualty Insurance license (required).

- Proven experience in insurance sales, preferably in a high-volume environment.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
