Sales (Bilingual a plus)  NO COLD CALLING !

We are seeking a full time salespeople to:

Inbound -  Answer inbound calls and assist candidates who are in the process of obtaining various different contactor licenses in the Unites States. Reply to emails and texts from existing leads and students. 

Outbound calls - make outbound calls to candidates who are in the process of obtaining various different contactor licenses in the Unites States and need our help. 

Contact new & existing leads from CRM 
Ensure all calls are being made in the CRM, and notes taken. 
Set a call back time & date
Provide feedback to modify the sales script to allow the most optimal growth and ease sales process. 
Be able to properly educate and sell courses to a prospective students
Answer inbound phone and respond to email inquiries
Handle customer service calls and forward to proper channels. 

Salary +  Commission + Bonus
PTO 
Flexible work hours between 8am - 6pm  EST

When a prospective candidate applies to take a contractors exam, they need mandatory books, and potentially an online course.

Candidates will need:

Sales experience

Willing to learn
have call center experience
have experience selling on the phone.
all of our calls are warm leads!
Stop trying to sell something the person doesn't really need.
