Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and goal-oriented Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, handling both inbound and outbound calls to engage with potential customers and convert leads into sales. Utilizing our CRM system, you will manage customer information, follow up on leads, and maintain detailed records of all interactions.

Key Responsibilities

Inbound and Outbound Sales

  • Handle inbound calls, providing exceptional customer service while identifying sales opportunities.
  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective and existing customers based on leads generated by the CRM system.
  • Qualify leads and match customer needs with the appropriate products or services.
  • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and call quotas.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Use the CRM system to manage and update customer interactions, leads, and sales activities.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer conversations, including follow-up actions and outcomes.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing solutions tailored to their needs.

Sales Strategy Execution

  • Follow established scripts and sales strategies to effectively present products and close deals.
  • Stay informed about product offerings, promotions, and industry trends to better serve customers.
  • Work closely with the Sales Manager to identify areas for improvement and implement feedback.

Collaboration and Teamwork

  • Coordinate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Share insights and best practices to contribute to team success.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Education: High school diploma required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
  • Experience:
    • Previous experience in sales or customer service, especially in an inside sales environment, is preferred.
    • Experience using CRM tools such as is a plus.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
    • Ability to handle objections and close sales effectively.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for managing customer information.
    • Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets.
    • Bilingual is a plus ! English, Spanish, Portuguese, Creole, French, Russian, Hebrew 

 

 

Flexible Hours from Monday to Friday 7am - 7pm & Saturdays 8am - 1 pm
