Sales Manager

The Exam Pros is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and inspire our inside sales team of phone representatives. This role requires a motivated leader with a strong background in managing inbound and outbound sales teams, leveraging CRM systems, and driving team performance to achieve sales targets.

The Sales Manager will oversee a team of inside sales representatives making both inbound and outbound calls, ensuring the effective use of CRM tools to track customer interactions and optimize opportunities. The ideal candidate has exceptional leadership, communication, and analytical skills and a proven ability to drive sales results while fostering a high-performing and positive team culture.

  • Bilingual is a plus ! English, Spanish, Portuguese, Creole, French, Russian, Hebrew 

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership and Management

  • Recruit, train, and mentor inside sales representatives to ensure high levels of performance.
  • Monitor team performance metrics, providing coaching and actionable feedback to achieve individual and team goals.
  • Foster a collaborative and motivated team environment to maximize productivity and employee satisfaction.

Sales Strategy and Execution

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to optimize inbound and outbound call efforts.
  • Ensure sales representatives effectively qualify leads and close sales based on CRM data insights.
  • Analyze sales data and customer information from the CRM system to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Sales to establish goals, quotas, and performance benchmarks.

CRM Management and Utilization

  • Ensure the sales team utilizes the CRM system accurately and consistently to document customer interactions, manage pipelines, and follow up on leads.
  • Provide regular training to the team on CRM best practices and updates.
  • Generate reports from the CRM system to measure KPIs and support strategic decision-making.

Customer Engagement and Satisfaction

  • Act as a point of escalation for customer issues, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to align sales efforts with marketing and customer success initiatives.
  • Maintain a customer-first approach to build lasting relationships and enhance brand loyalty.
